The Mersey Makers - Day After Day/C'mon (1965)
These Canucks did a pretty good job of impersonating the British Invasion sound around 1964-65. To me, they sound a bit similar to another band in the same vein, the British Walkers...
My cousin was, I believe their fan club president. She sold me this 45 way back when. I remember that their lead guitarist joined the Sinners a French Canadian band. He died shortly afterwards. I can't remember his name. I was very impressed by this single. Today some 50 years later I'm still impressed. This came out in 1965.
